It has been a really rotten few months for fans of boy group TVXQ who were looking forward to seeing future releases and performances from these boys. The popularity of the boys, who had enjoyed immense fame in all of Asia, has been steadily declining due to the lawsuit that was filed by the trio, Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun against their company, SM Entertainment. No compromise has been reached yet, but as of now, it looks like TVXQ won't be performing together for a while. But there's some light at the end of the tunnel after it was revealed on the FujiTV website that TVXQ will be appearing, with all five members for performances at the 2009 FNS Music Festival on the 2nd of December.
