Goo Hye Sun's novel Tango is to be made into a manhwa (or manga or comic) with only minor details needing to be smoothed out. For the adaptation, they are in talks with a famous manhwa artist and are planning to release 4 volumes.
Tango tells the story of love and separation about a girl in her twenties and has been receiving praise from its readers. The book was Goo Hye Sun's first novel and went on sale April 1st, selling over 30,000 copies in its first week and remaining as a best seller in many bookstores. The book is garnering more attention for its illustrations which Goo Hye Sun personally drew and are half of which are being displayed on g-market.
In addition, Goo Hye Sun is set to appear on KBS 1TV's Nang Dok Ae Bal Gyun for a reading of her novel. The episode is to air May 12th.
