TVXQ was asked to be F4 members?

With the highest ratings in Korea we all know about the popularity of the drama Boys Over Flowers, but did you know that TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki was once offered the role of F4? According to an official at SM Entertainment, while Boys Over Flowers was still in it's planning stages 2 years ago, TVXQ was approached and asked about playing the role of F4. According to the same official, because of some production issues and their busy activities as singers, they had to politely decline the offer.
