Hungary for Korean Dramas?

In mid-February, Hungary's version of MTV will begin airing Korean Dramas. This will be the first time a Korean Drama will be airing in a European country. MTV Hungary will be airing Daejanggeum aka Jewel in the Palace. The series will air two times a week for six months, which will total 70 episodes. A Korean representative said depending on the reaction to this drama, it could be instrumental in spreading Korea's popular culture to Hungary and the rest of Europe. Is there an ulterior motive for playing a Korean Drama in Hungary? Old Korean Men (ahjuhshee's) have been ordering mail order brides from Hungary for years. I suppose these representatives want Korean Men to have a better image in Hungary, so they can marry without having to order. Looks like some guys are hungry for Helga.
