Actor Lee Jun Ki recently posed for a photo shoot with 'Singles' magazine, charming everyone with his fall-inspired outfits and gorgeous looks. When asked to talk about his current drama, 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' Lee Jun Ki admitted, "I have worries about the TV ratings." As a big drama with its original, Chinese version having had huge success, the Korean version is not doing as well in terms of TV ratings. Lee Jun Ki stated, "I feel sad. All the actors and staff worked so hard. Everyone worked so hard..." Aside from the TV ratings, the drama is getting a lot of positive feedback, and many are praising Lee Jun Ki's acting. However, he did not make excuses, saying, "I have no regrets. As a leading role, I must have a sense of responsibility with its success, including TV ratings. As I watch this drama, I am looking for what it is lacking."

His monitoring does not end there. Lee Jun Ki says that he reads all the comments on articles related to him. He explained, "Not just my works, but I watch almost all dramas and movies that are out to analyze what people like, why certain dramas have high ratings, and why some don't do as well. It helps me be a better actor for the next work and also helps me to select scripts."

When questioned about plans to get married, he responded, "I have my priorities. I want to be settled as an actor first. It's not just about performing well as an actor. I think a lot about how I can be chosen by the public consistently...Yes, I do feel frustrated with myself sometimes too."

I hope he knows how much the drama is very popular international and him not to worry about the ratings in S.Korea alone. I love his acting. He is such a good and talented actor. He can also sing which I just found out recently. And his personality is soooo funny... I Can't wait to see him in Resident Evil ^^

I've been watching almost ALL of Lee Jun Ki's drama so far and i'm not a real fanatic fan of him. But all i can say is i always excited to see him starring in any drama. At first, i don't even know his name and who is he. But i remember his face and how good he is in acting. I'm a fan of his acting skill and his charismatic feature. I would say i prefer him rather than any other famous actor starring in historic drama. So, let's not feel so disappointed. Yes it is okay to wanting to do better and get appreciation after your hard work. But it always okay to be less success today. It will become your inspiration to be better in future. Let's fight to make the best of your life. I would love too see again in other drama. Sincerely me.

Scarlet Heart and Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds airing at the same time and same days could have contributed to the low ratings of SH.  MDC was more popular and I believe one of the reasons was because of the plot which had suggestions of homosexualism which appealed to many esp the younger generation.  Even Sungkyunkwan Scandal had that plot and its ratings improved after a few episodes too. I Like SH but it is a pity that Lee Jun Gi had to have to wear a mask to hide part of his goodlooking face.  Probably like me, there are others who did not like to see him in that mask.

tv ratings secret recipe (aside from having a great script) is having a great lead actors (esp. the male lead). he's being outstaged by haneul and jonghyun.

The drama is excellent. I love it. The cinematography, music, and costumes are incredible. All of the actors are perfect for their roles including IU! I think despite many negative comments that she is terrific. I fell in love with the 10th prince and hope to see him in more dramas. His little wife is also gorgeous and has potential. As for LJG, I am smitten with him and cannot get enough info. I would love to see him in contemporary Rom/Com. The editors should be shot. Terrible editing especially in the earlier episodes. The drama should be longer to allow the relationships to develop as well as the plot. The only problem that I see that is hurting this drama is the conflict it had against MDBC which played out well at first them trailed in content toward the end and wrapped up too fast. Park Bo Gum is apparently a teen heart throb and a hard act to compete with. Mon and Tues nights are bad air times not to mention conflicting with ball game. That really sucked! I, like many others, would love to see a sequel part II....I will miss the characters so much when the drama ends. I also agree IU and LJG make an adorable couple. Great chemistry.

I am a k-drama addict and know a good drama from a bad. This one rivals Empress Ki and Shine or go Crazy. I haved replayed many scenes and episodes of MLSHR....something I don't usually do. I admit, I have watched Fated to Love You maybe 10 times. But cannot get enough of LJG and IU. The snow scene with IU was adorable and I loved the boat scene and opening horseback scene with thec2 facing each other. Episode 16 was packed with drama. I wasnt that impressed with LJG 's kissing - seemed awkard. He has done better. I wish they could retake from where he turns around. He looked clumsey.
