Hallyu superstar�Rain is currently leading the 'TIME 100 poll for 2011'. He's already won the distinction back in 2007, beating out comedian Stephen Colbert, which incited Colbert to lead some hilarious dance-offs. Rain is facing some stiff competition this year, as he's being closely followed by Taiwanese singer/songwriter/director Jay Chou. �Some other notables on the list include Susan Boyle, Julian Assange, the Fukushima Daiichi plant workers, and Wisconsin's "Fab 14" state senators.
