Mnet has dropped an exciting teaser for the return of 'Queendom' season 2.
Originally aired in 2019, 'Queendom' garnered attention as a fierce girl group competition program, pitting 6 currently promoting K-Pop female teams against one another to determine the "#1" K-Pop girl group. After the success of 'Queendom', Mnet also showcased its male counterpart 'Kingdom' in 2021.
Now, 2022 will mark the return of 'Queendom' with a new season, brand new cast, and a new celebrity MC, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon. Filming for season 2 is slated to begin some time in mid-February.

I would love to see groups like CLC, DIA, BVNDIT, FANATICS & ELRIS who are in danger of disbandment; I sincerely hope Queendom 2 can help them gain back the popularity. Besides them, I guess I want to see EVERGLOW, LOONA, STAYC, Dreamcatcher, Apink, WJSN, PinkFantasy, PIXY & CRAXY 🙏
