N.Flying Kim Jaehyun's impersonator has been arrested.
On June 13, FNC Entertainment confirmed Jaehyun's impersonator was recently arrested by police, adding, "Kim Jaehyun was also interviewed as a witness for this incident." According to reports, the impersonator was caught by police after a victim made a report, and the suspect was forwarded to prosecution for fraud and theft.
The investigation revealed several victims as well as the financial damage they suffered. This past February, FNC Entertainment released a statement concerning continuous incidences of the impersonation of Kim Jaehyun that resulted in damaging his reputation. The label stated, "We were informed through reports from fans there are people damaging Kim Jaehyun's reputation by approaching the opposite sex or engaging in promiscuous behavior while pretending to be Kim Jaehyun."
Kim Jaehyun is currently serving his mandatory military service as a public service worker.
