Kwon Eun Bi reportedly purchases house in Seoul for $1.7 million

Kwon Eun Bi has reportedly purchased a house in Seoul for 2.4 billion won ($1,723,104.31 USD).

According to real estate reports on April 16, the 'Waterbomb Goddess' bought a detached home in Songjung-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul for 2.4 billion won. The home is described as a small building with 1 basement and 3 floors, and when pays the balance in June, she'll become the official landlord.

Reports say the previous owner bought the home in December of 2014 for 435 million won ($312,332.83 USD) and sold it after about 10 years, making a profit of almost 2 billion won ($1,436,013 USD).

sounds like a lovely home, i'm so happy she seems to be doing well, she works super hard and she has invested a lot of her own money into her career and stages (like paying her dancers, paying for extra outfits, for gifts etc.) so she deserves it all. i hope she'll keep this going, she's amazing
