NewJeans hit 2 billion cumulative streams on Spotify only a year after debut

NewJeans have achieved a remarkable milestone by surpassing 2 billion cumulative streams on Spotify. According to Spotify, as of last month, NewJeans have accumulated 2,018,6919 total streams, just a year after their debut.

NewJeans previously achieved 1 billion cumulative streams on Spotify on March 8, making it the fastest achievement by a K-pop artist in just 219 days. This accomplishment was also recognized by the Guinness World Records in the UK. Impressively, the group reached the 2 billion mark in less than five months.

The success of their recently released 2nd mini album, 'Get Up', contributed significantly to the achievement of the 2 billion streams. As of last month, the 6 songs in the album have exceeded 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify, promising even more success with the addition of future songs.
