Stray Kids score their third #1 on Billboard 200 with '★★★★★ (5-Star)', looking to catch up to BTS's record
AKP STAFF
Stray Kids have officially become the first K-Pop group after BTS to score their third ever #1 on 'Billboard 200' as of June 12 EST.
The group's 3rd full album '★★★★★ (5-Star)' has successfully landed at #1 on 'Billboard 200' for the week of June 17 shortly after its release last week on June 2, the team's third #1 on the chart following their 6th and 7th mini albums, 'Oddinary' and 'Maxident', both released in 2022.
Now the second ever K-Pop group to have landed three albums at the top of 'Billboard 200', Stray Kids will be aiming for BTS's current record at six total albums on the main Billboard album chart.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids's '★★★★★ (5-Star)' is also this week's 'Top-Selling Album' on Billboard, with ENHYPEN's 4th mini album 'Dark Blood' following behind in 2nd place.
Stray Kids didn't say they're aiming for BTS's current record of 6 total albums on the main Billboard album chart. Stop making sh*t up. It'll just start fans fighting.
