On June 13 KST, MBC reported that an actress who is well-known for appearing in daily television dramas was arrested for drunk driving. The 38-year-old actress, Ms. Jin, was booked by the police in Gangdong Police Station in Seoul, and they are currently investigating the incident.
Ms. Jin is currently suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and crashing into a guardrail twice at around 10:30 PM on June 12, while driving in the direction of Hanam along Olympic Boulevard in Seoul. Witnessing her driving, another driver reported her to the police, saying that “There is a vehicle suspected of being drunk.”
After receiving the report, the police caught Ms. Jin 30 minutes later while she was asleep in her vehicle, which was left in drive mode, awaiting a signal at a three-way intersection. The police revealed that her blood alcohol level exceeded the acceptable legal limit and is investigating the incident further using the dashcam footage from the vehicle. No individuals were injured from the incident.
Ms. Jin, who debuted in 2009 as a public talent of a broadcasting company, is considered an experienced actress and has participated in various dramas including evening daily dramas.

I couldn't care less if she had injured or killed herself, drunk drivers are fucking selfish 😡 Call a taxi, call a ride share, call a driver service to take you and your car home, take public transport, call a friend, call a family member... there are so many options.......but do not get in the drivers seat of any vehicle if you are fucking drunk. Drunk driving is inexcusable😡
