Coldplay and BTS' 'My Universe' hits 1 billion Spotify streams

On May 19, KST, BTS and Coldplay's 2021 collaboration single "My Universe" officially exceeded a whopping 1 billion streams on Spotify, the group's 4th song to do so after "Butter," "Boy With Luv," and "Dynamite." With this, BTS extends their feat as the only Korean act, with four songs surpassing the milestone.

 

Released on September 24, 2021, as a collaborative digital single by the two global bands, "My Universe" reached the 1 billion stream count on the platform one year and seven months after its release.
