According to media outlet reports on April 28 KST, BAE173 member Nam Do Hyun has filed to nullify his exclusive contract with his agency, PocketDol Studio.
The reports went on to state that a legal hearing between Nam Do Hyun and PocketDol Studio took place on April 26, and a decision will be made by some time in late May or early June. It’s said that Nam Do Hyun came to his decision based on disagreements between him and his agency over the responsibilities of the artist and management.
Meanwhile, Nam Do Hyun first made his name known publicly by appearing on the Mnet survival program ‘Produce X 101’, where he finished 8th place overall. He then debuted in BAE173 in November of 2020. He has been on hiatus from his group activities since October of last year.

This is so sad, he suddenly went on hiatus and its like PocketDol forgot about him...didn't even provide him protection at his graduation and left him out of everything when he's been one of the key members. I hope he gets the justice he deserves.
