Co-ed group CHECKMATE officially disbands

CHECKMATE, a co-ed group under Grace Company, has officially disbanded as of December 17 KST.

The company announced this on their YouTube channel with the following message. The message explained that the members from this point will be doing individual activities and that their YouTube channel will be rebranded.

Meanwhile, the group debuted as a six-member group on September 21, 2020, with their single 'DRUM.' And last came back as a four-member group with their single 'You' on March 28, 2021.

It's sad that they've disbanded, but it's even sadder that it had to be announced through the Youtube community page, the same thing happened with XUM and it's so awkward and it's a bad platform for news like this.

I swear they had 5 members for their debut.
Anyway this is pretty sad, they were talented and we don't have too many co-ed groups nowadays.
