F.T.Island's Jonghun joked about his arrest back in 2016 which has netizens furious.

'Section TV' revealed messages that  Jonghun had sent in 2016, after he was arrested for drunk driving. In his chatroom, he said, "The Chrome Hearts hurt quite a bit. Don't even say anything if you've never had the experience. Before I got it put on, I told [the police officer] that I'd give him ten million KRW."

He was referring to the handcuffs as jewelry. A criminal psychology professor said, "It seems like he didn't know how serious bribing police officials were. If he goes to trial, these words will put him at an incredible disadvantage."

The words have also infuriated netizens, who commented, "I can't believe he's showing off a DUI arrest," "I guess he thinks it was all a joke", "I guess he's reaping what he sowed," and more.
