Star Crew Entertainment addressed rumors the agency will be adding Chinese members to HOTSHOT.
According to rumors, Star Crew Entertainment made a recruitment post on Weibo looking for Chinese trainees to join HOTSHOT. However, the agency has since clarified the post was not related to HOTSHOT, stating, "We're writing to inform you the online rumors about recruiting Chinese members for HOTSHOT are not true."
The label continued, "It's true we had a meeting with a Chinese media company, but we didn't discuss or agree on any concrete plans. These Chinese media company used images we didn't agree on as part of their trainee recruitment process. We've sent them a strong request against it, and we received an apology. We apologize to fans for the confusion and concern we caused."
In other news, HOTSHOT's Ha Sung Woon is making his solo debut with 'My Moment' on February 28 KST.
