INFINITE's Woohyun talked about how he deserves credit for the finger heart gesture.
On the October 4 airing of KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3', Woohyun shared, "I'm not the creator but I'm the one that spread the finger heart."
He explained, "I debuted in 2010 and there were no finger hearts around 2011. People used to think it was an offensive gesture (whenever I did the finger heart)." However, "It spread through me and foreign artists like Beyonce, Justin Bieber, and even President Moon Jae In use it now."
Woohyun emphasized, "I spread it in 2011."
MC Park Myung Soo asked, "Did the president copy you too?" Woohyun brought laughter as he confidently replied, "Yes he copied me."
