GOT7's JB opened up about his parents' divorce.
On the September 17 airing of KBS 2TV's 'Hello Counselor', teenager Jung Yoon Seo shared concerns about her careless father. Yoon Seo revealed her father missed important events such as her school entrance ceremony and often comes home late, after drinking. She also shared that her father turns violent after drinking. However, the father claimed he doesn't remember any of his acts due to loss of memory after drinking.

After hearing about the family's issue, JB revealed, "My parents also divorced because of drinking-related issues. So I'm currently living with my stepfather. My parents fought often so I used to get very surprised by even the softest noise. I think it has a great impact on a child's growth."
