PRISTIN's Kyulkyung posed for a 'pretty crush' concept photoshoot with '@star1'.
She's currently busy doing schedules in China and Korea, and she said, "8 years ago, I was in middle school in China, so I came to Korea only during vacations. After that, I started attending high school in Korea and started to live here. Even then, I wasn't very good at Korean. I worked hard to learn it while I was a trainee. I've never really felt the language barrier, but before I learned Korean, I could only communicate through body language. I guess my expression was pretty good because I had an easy time communicating. I learned Korean quickly because I went to high school in Korea."

For her role model, she said, "I like girl crush images, like those of After School's Nana or f(x)'s Krystal. I look at photos from their airport, their photoshoots, and how they are on broadcast so I can learn. I want to become like them."
She also confessed that she'd never thought of herself as pretty. She said, "There are so many charming people around me, so I never thought I was pretty until I went out on 'Produce 101'. So when people first said I was pretty, I was kind of flustered."
