On July 24, actor Kang Dong Won held a round table interview with press in light of his upcoming film, 'Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade', which premieres in theaters on July 25.
One topic which came up was his chemistry with lead actress Han Hyo Joo, whom he previously worked with during 'Golden Slumber' (2018). Kang Dong Won shared, "For the previous production, I only filmed scenes with Han Hyo Joo 2-3 times. I received questions about how it was working with her then, but in truth I didn't have many scenes with her. But for this project, we worked together very often."
Then, to the question of whether or not their relationship became awkward after their dating scandal, Kang Dong Won responded, "We just went, 'Oh, there was a scandal,' and that was it. Nothing became awkward; we weren't really fazed."
How does Kang Dong Won feel about his similar responses such as "I'm sorry" and "If there is a scandal, it is not true, and even if there isn't a scandal, it is not true", every time he's involved in a dating scandal? He commented, "I feel that the way I have responded is the best response I can give in my perspective."
