TST's Kyungha has been found guilty of sexual harassment.
In December of 2014, the idol reportedly chased a girl of the same age 'A' into a building in Songpa-gu, where he sexually harassed her. Right after, he supposedly admitted what he did and apologized, but shortly after his debut when the matter spread online, Kyungha's label denied the accusations.

In April of last year, 'A' filed a lawsuit against Kyungha. The court has found Kyungha guilty, sentencing him to 3 years of probation and 1.5 years in prison if the probation is broken. He was also ordered to attend 40 hours of sexual violence prevention programs.
His label has currently filed an appeal to the court, saying, "We are denying accusations and will continue to do so, so we have filed the appeal." Stay tuned for updates.
