Shin Min Ah is now a building owner.
According to a report by Maeil Business on May 15, Shin Min Ah purchased old buildings between the Samgakji Station and the United States Forces Korea Yongsan headquarters for 5.55 billion KRW (5,153,203 USD).
Shin Min Ah reportedly purchased the land near Hangang-daero back on January 24. She also purchased the buildings on the land altogether for 5.55 billion KRW.

A real estate expert commented, "The buildings consist of old houses but significant profit is expected once they're renovated."
