On the March 13 airing of tvN's 'Snail Hotel', Kim Sae Ron revealed, "I went to an art school but I dropped out. I was thinking of choosing Department of Theater and Film for college, but if I did that, I will be studying acting for 6-7 years. I wanted to study something different during my high school days so I decided to drop out."

She added, "My parents approved my�decision since I have a clear plan of my own. And I'm working hard to carry out my plans so they're (patiently) waiting for me."
