Kim Sae Ron explained her decision to drop out of high school.
On the March 13 airing of tvN's 'Snail Hotel', Kim Sae Ron revealed, "I went to an art school but I dropped out. I was thinking of choosing Department of Theater and Film for college, but if I did that, I will be studying acting for 6-7 years. I wanted to study something different during my high school days so I decided to drop out."

She added, "My parents approved my decision since I have a clear plan of my own. And I'm working hard to carry out my plans so they're (patiently) waiting for me."
