It seems this year's KBS' 'Gayo Festival' will be held as originally planned.
According to a broadcast affiliate on December 7, KBS' 'Gayo Festival' will be held on December 29, just like last year inside Yeoido's KBS Hall.

However, with the ongoing strike, the ceremony is likely to be affected; it won't be as fancy as presented in the previous years.� A representative commented, "There won't be any collaborative performances and a total of 10 groups will be performing on stage individually."� Last year around 30 groups participated in KBS' 'Gayo Festival' creating a lively show.
Meanwhile, the official lineup has not been confirmed as staff�members are currently working to recruit MCs and guests.
