The new KBS drama received great attention even before it officially aired due to EXO's Kai. The production is the idol star's first lead role, and as always, many netizens with stereotype on idol actors expressed concerns about Kai's role.

However, the concerns were relieved after the first episode as Kai surprised viewers with his outstanding performance. Contrast to the worries on awkward acting, netizens actually complimented Kai for well portraying his character.
