Actress Kim Sa Rang has been cast in the upcoming tvN drama 'Mr. Sunshine'.
On September 14, Kim Sa Rang's side revealed her casting in the drama has been confirmed, and it's scheduled to go into filming this October. 'Mr. Sunshine', written by hit screenwriter Kim Eun Sook, is a melodrama set in 1871 about a boy who boards an American warship and later returns home to Korea.
Lee Byung Hun, Kim Tae Ri, Yoo Yun Suk, and Byun Yo Han have already been confirmed as part of the cast lineup as well. This also marks screenwriter Kim Eun Sook's second time working with Kim Sa Rang since the drama 'Secret Garden'.
'Mr. Sunshine' is expected to air in early 2018.
