Kang Daniel talked about his ideal type.
On the August 3 episode of 'Happy Together 3' with guest Wanna One, Kang Daniel revealed that he's the type to express interest first and said, "Usually, Busan guys tend to be cold but I tend to be sweet.''
He explained, "I like helping my girlfriend in things that she could've done herself. I even helped my girlfriend put her shoes on with my hands in the past."

On to talking about his ideal type, Kang Daniel said, "I prefer older than younger. My ideal type is someone who I can learn from. If I get a girlfriend, I want to call her ggo-maeng-ee (which is translated as little kid/baby).''
