Chorong shared about A Pink's trainee days on 'Wednesday Food Talk'. 

On the June 21 episode, Chorong revealed, "Our members have a great love for food and enjoy eating but we were weighed once a week during trainee days. I think that's why we developed a strong desire for food."
She continued, "The bathroom used to be our it place. We would buy our favorite food and eat it in the bathroom after we were weighed every Monday."

This reminds me of how Somi and Chaeyoung would secretly eat udon together in the bathroom cubicle and they were so sure that they were quiet and all, but almost immediately they got caught by the staff. Creepy... and sad :(

It's disgusting and inhumane that idols are forced to hide their eating habits from their employers...  having to resort to eating secretly in a bathroom is just horrible!  Sadly, I don't see any changes happening soon however.  I wish life wasn't so complicated for them.

I understand that appearance is important for them, but there are healthy ways to maintain this. Starvation and excretion is NOT healthy and simply goes against basic human needs. It's barbaric and scary.
