10 things fans learn after watching K-Dramas

misc.
1. 1. Men are sensitive
If you thought women were the only ones crying and hurting inside, think again! It isn't just Korean men, men, in general, all have these sensitive sides lingering deep inside. However, I am sure we all agree the world would be a better place if men just owned up to their feelings and cried along with us and submit to romance.
2. 2. You can do just about anything with a wrist-grab
While I wouldn't recommend it, it seems the famous wrist-grab is the sure fire way to get what you want. Your lover is running from the bus and didn't kiss you good-bye? Wrist grab 'em. Your mom is leaving to work but didn't leave you money for lunch? Better wrist grab her before it's too late!
3. 3. There is always unrequited love

Love can be so beautiful and cruel all at once. After watching so many Korean dramas, I learned that there is always somebody holding a one-sided heart. It is sad but it is OK, you have the right to love and continue loving, just be sure to maintain your health in the process. You can always watch them from afar but be careful of obsession, it can lead to crazier things (think Cheese in The Trap).
4. 4. People can't always tell the truth easily

It's hard to tell the truth - especially when it is about love. Holding it in is no better, but it builds up the suspense even more. So don't feel alone! You're not the only one with a frog in your throat.
5. 5. You can pretend to be a boy if you're that motivated

If you really wanna fool the crowd, get ready to drop your hygiene down a couple notches. How many dramas have we seen where the lead girl cuts her hair short, wears some jeans and -boom- she is instantly a man. While it worked in 'Coffee Prince,' it probably won't work too easily for you. Some dramas and idols still fall a little short and try to push it with their attempts - I'm talking about you Minah and Sulli! Y'all just too cute to fool anyone as boys. Maybe it's easier for the boys?
6. 6. You're allowed to throw a huge tantrum anywhere

In Korean dramas, the lead characters tend to hold in their feelings more than normal. Which is what leads to the intense blow ups at the restaurants, in the middle of streets or at the family birthday party. But who hasn't had an adult tantrum once in their life? Just remember, it's more fun to watch than to be a part of it. Gotta love drama!
7. 7. Love knows no limit

Whether it is a mermaid or a lover from the stars, as long as you are in love there is no one stopping you otherwise.
8. 8. School kids are mean as hell
These schools are doing some real crazy nonsense now and then. If you thought those viral Facebook videos of kids in school misbehaving were bad, or that your school is the epitome of hell, then you haven't seen an episode of 'Boy's Before Flowers' or even 'Goblin.' They throw eggs, flour and spread vicious rumors and no one even thinks of stopping them.
9. 9. Kissing with your eyes open is as weird as you'd expect

If you thought those dramatic, cheesy revolving camera kiss scenes were bad, try watching scenes where the lead leaves their eyes open due to the sudden shock of their kiss. I mean yeah, what can you do? But to sit there with your eyes wide open... it is just as uncomfortable to see on the viewers' end. Don't do it!
10. 10. You must rub food of your lover's lips at least once

If you really want to say "I Love You" with actions, not words, it is better to simply lean forward, stare directly at their eyes and swipe their lip with your thumb and remove any dessert they were thinking of saving for later. Be sure to wash your hands first! This technique isn't very delightful if you just finished using the bathroom.
