On April 24, Nongshim Kellog's announced actress Lee Si Young had been selected as the new model for leading cereal brand 'Special K'.
Kellog's stated that Lee Si Young had been chosen as she was a good fit for emphasizing a healthy lifestyle in the midst of women's daily lives.

Actress Lee Si Young commented, "I always try to have a hearty breakfast after working out in the morning. As a model for 'Special K', I would like to present tips for a healthy body both inside and out to women in their 20s and 30s."
A new 'Special K Nutrifit' taste consisting of superfoods like quinoa and six different kinds of grains have been added to the latest premium line up.
Meanwhile, Lee Si Young's new 'Special K' ad will be televised starting in May.
