BTS has been getting a lot of love from American artists lately.

American pop punk band State Champs tweeted the boys recently and wrote,

SEE ALSO: BTS' KOREAN album of 'Love Yourself: Her' places 2nd on Japan's Oricon chart

This comes just after Charlie Puth tweeted at them just last week, Kylie Rogers getting BTS concert tickets from Russell Crowe, Kehlani wanting to collaborate with them, and Rap Monster and Wale's collaboration song being released.

The boys are definitely getting a lot of attention while they're on their tour in the states. Do you think we'll be getting some collaboration news soon?

Even my non-kpop-fan boyfriend was really impressed by their concert (I dragged him along to the Wings tour with me lol)  I think all the attention from Western artists isn't a publicity stunt on their part, it's just them experiencing kpop for the first time through BTS and being surprised by how impressed their were, like how my bf was.

your lucky you could drag your Bf along to their concert, so he could appreciate their music, what was your secret i need to know lol

My secret was getting him as drunk as possible before the concert lol. XD He can get down to pretty much any music when he's hammered.

This comment section is full of people who think they're just using them for attention. Seriously, are lesser-known celebrities now no longer allowed to appreciate other artists? Maybe they actually like the song; did you think about that? It's like if The Weeknd posted a Tweet congratulating Beyonce's new album. He wouldn't necessarily be appropriating Beyonce's success, only acknowledging her artistry, which is what I think they're doing. I mean, come on, is it that much of a stretch to think that these guys might genuinely enjoy the song?

Right, I'm surprised by the saltiness here. With all the exposure they're getting in the U.S. right now, lots of people are probably hearing about them and checking them out for the first time, other artists included, hence the sudden influx of attention.

they liked the song Not Today, I could imagine them banging heads to it lol

elly2k Sunday, April 2, 2017

I have to admit that Not Today IS a kick ass song. Although I'm not a regular fan of BTS, but I am pretty addicted to this song at the moment. It's my favorite gym go-to hit.

this is so awsome...i love you BTS

shyloone Sunday, April 2, 2017

Kehlani would be a good collab, i would love it if she done a collab with the whole group, but im thinking it might be with Rapmon , but i could so see her doing a good collab with anyone of the members, but i know shes one of Rapmons favs, cant wait though

WonderSara Sunday, April 2, 2017

Why I feel some of these western artists are using BTS or Kpop name? Coz honestly I don't know some of them, the only one I really know is Charlie Puth, also why people are obsessed with collab? like if any international artist complement on BTS everyone jumps and talk about collaboration! I'm happy for BTS and what they achieved till now, but I hope they choose their path wisely and I hope their international popularity now doesn't turn into a joke in the future like PSY

I fucking hate americans look what they did to BTS. They are lauging at my oppas BTS when they lie and say they like them. They make a laughing stock of Kpop and BTS.

shyloone parklola Sunday, April 2, 2017

not as much as your making a laughing stock of yourself

WonderSara shyloone Sunday, April 2, 2017

Actually I'm laughing right now because of her lol

ashablue WonderSara Sunday, April 2, 2017

totally agree with you. I just hope BTS and Big Hit stick to their guns and dont cave into the temptation thats Hollywood. Otherwise, it'll be Wonder Girls pt 2.

Catherine_K Sunday, April 2, 2017

I'M SO PROUD OF THEM HOLYYYAlso it doesn't matter if people are just "jumping on the bandwagon" as long as they're actually listening to their music. PLUS they're likely spreading BTS' music to even more people which is so cool!

parklola Catherine_K Sunday, April 2, 2017

America isn't ready to have a Kpop group in the mainstream media. You americans are too racist and stereotypical. This whole thing with BTS is so cringey tbh.

Riaa726 parklola Monday, April 3, 2017

It's the cold honest truth tbh. Most guys that see guys In kpop call em gay and stuff

Whoooo Sunday, April 2, 2017

who is this group? And why does it matter if they like bts or not?

parklola Whoooo Sunday, April 2, 2017

AKP posts so much shit, they think we give a fuck about some random nugus using BTS for attention (which works , thanks stupid AKP) just because they are american ?? Like fuck no, BTS is 1000x more famous than those fucking nugus.

zlie31 Sunday, April 2, 2017

Bts are great but let's be honest, all those American artists are just jumping on the bandwagon: like Psy, they will like them for a while ,then they will move on.
