Big Bang apologized for keeping fans waiting.
In an interview on December 13, T.O.P first said, "I feel sorry because I feel like we never keep promises on time. When it comes to time, I don't think we're the people who move exactly according to plan."

G-Dragon also said, "Changing words [about our comeback] is something to be sorry about. There are things that need to be done according to plan, and I'm thankful for those who work for us in places we can't see them."
He continued, "We are the ones who receive the criticism and compliments so we try to confirm every little picture and video, and being that picky led to delay and cancellations despite our plans. It also applies to this project that took us a year. I think this is one of our biggest problems."
Meanwhile, Big Bang are sweeping charts with their newest tracks "FXXK IT" and "Last Dance".
