Ha Joo Yeon expresses shock at malicious comments about her sexuality

Former Jewelry member Ha Joo Yeon shared her thoughts on malicious comments about her sexuality.

During a recent interview with Star News, the 'Unpretty Rapstar 3' competitor shared, "I am willing to take harsh advice, but sometimes there are malicious comments that go too far. It makes me very upset."

She continued, "The most shocking comment was the one claiming that I am a lesbian. I can't even portray in words how shocked I was at the time." Ha Joo Yeon also revealed that she is considering taking legal action and concluded, "I'm more than happy to accept criticism and advice, but please control yourself from making malicious comments."

Ha Joo Yeon was eliminated from 'Unpretty Rapstar 3' on the September 2nd episode.

Her words may be misinterpreted. She said she's happy to take criticism/advice. Being called gay, fat, etc is not constructive criticism or helpful in the least bit. It's intended to hurt. Whoever is name-calling is just being mean. And there are derogatory ways to call someone a lesbian (y'all can be creative) than just flat out saying "Lesbian". Vulgarity is malicious.
