Model-turned-actor Kim Woo Bin wrote a personal letter to all his fans and the viewers of 'Uncontrollably Fond,' addressing the negative response to the drama.
The actor wrote on his fan page this past August 1, "I can't help but worry that the drama didn't meet your expectations especially because you've been waiting a long time for a new project from me, and I feel apologetic that I couldn't return as a brighter character."

Kim Woo Bin emphasized, "When I met Shin Joon Young (Kim Woo Bin's character in 'Uncontrollably Fond'), I learned of so many different emotions, and it was a precious time in which I got the chance to think many things over. I wanted to present these precious emotions, thoughts, and warmth to everyone. I dared to use the expression 'present' and I dearly hope that these feelings will be delivered to you as you watch the last episode."
He then concluded, "Thank you again and again for giving an undeserving me your endless love."

It's the story line that is boring, moreover W-2W is taking over with its original and fresh story, so I don't blame kim woo bin,I myself stopped watching the drama, I was forcing myself to watch it just because of him, but the story is way too simple and boring

When Uncontrollably Fond was just out, I liked it. but after the episodes goes on and the drama W's episodes were released I kinda feel like UF's episodes is boring and I don't see any chemistry between Kim Woo Bin and Suzy. So I stopped watching UF and watch W instead.

The acting is okay. I started watching it and the plot is just so...ugh. I lost interest, heck i was watching it for the sake of Woo Bin but the storyline is just so slow and it's one dramatic thing after the other with no progress it gets overwhelming and boring. May Suzy and Woo Bin find better dramas and roles to play in the next time!

This is why never ever never over do the advertising of any kind of drama until all the production is finished. Suzy's acting has always been bad (sorry but it's true) and woobin should really start taking characters that are different because, weather in dramas or movies, he always plays the same personage and we can not evaluate his acting on just one role. Other than that, the drama plot is boring and the pacing is very slow. Still, woobin is the best thing in the drama, still he is the one apologizing... Ironic
