13-year-old boy with disorder commits suicide after being bullied?

An elementary school student was found dead in the bathroom of a private academy. 

YTN released a report on August 3 stating that the dead body of a 13-year-old male student was found in the bathroom at a private learning institute. YTN reported that the student was the victim of constant bullying from his fellow classmates. 

The student's teacher was aware of the bullying but did not take any disciplinary measures aside from giving the classmates a warning. 

Reps from the institute conjectured that the classmates "bullied the student because he had a tic disorder," and stated, "The teacher in charge have met with the student's parents multiple times." 

The student had reportedly hanged himself using the strap of his bag in the bathroom after informing the teacher that he was going to take a bathroom break. The boy's dead body was discovered in the bathroom around 5 p.m. on August 2.

Meanwhile, the student's family members are suspecting foul play, claiming that because the boy was normally a bright kid and because they were planning on going on a trip to Jeju Island soon, there is no way he would have committed suicide.
