he did not rape them he is a regular. ops!

Chimchim_my_bae Sunday, January 8, 2017

The problem is rape victim's first response is to be upset and angry or despair. No rape victims would like to expose their news to the whole world by suing and then making a big news out of it. I would think that their first instinct isn't how they can get money from the stars. And really, 1 person started to sue and then suddenly it seems like the whole world has been raped by him when one after another "rape victims" started popping consecutively? Really? C'mon.

you know how money works

Logan_W Sunday, August 7, 2016

this is amazing news for him, but it makes me so upset that this whole thing further promotes and rewards victim blaming. these women came forward claiming rape and were relentlessly and viciously attacked by netizens as soon as news hit and before the investigation had even ended because it was against their beloved "oppa". how many comments i saw that were so ignorant and filled with hate coming from girls was horrific. so many girls said "what did they expect?" "it's their fault for going in the bathroom with him" "they just want money and fame" "they got scared and cried rape".. just comment after comment blaming and attacking the victims. while the case was dismissed and some of these women very well could have completely made it up.. instead of waiting till the case was closed to make a comment on these 4 particular women, people victim blamed/shamed and attacked before knowing the truth, and now that it has been resolved due to lack of evidence, these "fans" who attacked and acted in disgusting ways are rewarded. they can sit there and go "see I told you so". so now all a girl who has been sexually assaulted has learned is that if she comes forward, she is going to be relentlessly and viciously attacked as soon as she makes a claim. nothing good has come from this for actual victims of assault and this has only gone to further promote victim shaming and victim blaming :( makes me so sad

Bella_Li Wednesday, July 13, 2016

hmm I wonder why this isn't a [BREAKING NEWS] allkpop? they used to always put Yoochun on the front page :/ I mean if he's cleared of all charges people should know as well...

Francias1 Bella_Li Thursday, July 14, 2016

they did

JayJay1 Wednesday, July 13, 2016

If something has started it means there's a solid reason, this ain't a joke. I assume a lot of money has been payed to certain people/authorities or just negotiations under the table... Bcos there were evidences of his material, etc. Whatever... People with status will always get away one way or another, no matter what.

Zee_Queen_of_War JayJay1 Wednesday, July 13, 2016

so a 13% false case rate is okay? hundreds of women can just lie and still everyone thinks that women are so weak that they can't do anything? you need take every case individually instead of putting everyone in the same box,if you flip the coin then woman could have just much to do with gangs and paying off people as men do.but just so you know, money can't buy everything

Finally this is what i am waiting for. For those defending the so called victims don't be melodramatic and add twist to ur comments with the real rape victims sentiments because obviously  they were not raped. For those who claimed to be his fan but still doubting and leaving him i wanna ask u what did u see in him so u claimed to be his fan? All u saw and watched were image created by him and the company but he is real if u followed his dramas, shows, news then u could catch the real park yoochun. I can say i am his fan since his DBSK days and i am proud of him, he knew the consequences of these accusations on his image and career but he still didn't want to submit into the blackmails he protects his fans and his families in his own way by not bertraying their belief in him, if he subdued to those blaickmails then he could be bertraying his fans and his heart but he is not. Uri Micky Yoochun has truly became an adult now he always keep his faith by trusting his fans, his fans globally and domestically also always keep their faith on him. If you cannot get the invisible understanding between Park Yoochun and his fans then it's ok because seldom an idol similar like him could win the heart of his fans with long journey that none but his fans can understand. This bonding is happening whether u want to believe it or not it has been 13 years like this and more years come will prove how strong the bonding is.

I don't know if some of you know but there actually are women (and men) who blame celebrities of doing something really bad because they want attention, money, ruin the celebrity's name or something along those lines. I'm not accusing those women of doing something stupid like that but there's a possibility. It has happened before and both the media and the fans have reacted the same way which really is a shame.I like Yoochun and in my view, he wouldn't do something horrible like assaulting women but then again, I don't know him in person. He could be a raping psychopath. I wouldn't know. No one, except YC and those women, knows what happened and it's wrong to accuse him of doing something like that without knowing the facts. He's human, too. If he's innocent and everyone hates on him for something he didn't even commit, it would break him. On the other hand, setting a rapist free would break the women just as much. Unfortunately, some of you (comments) guys don't look both ways and I really hate that. Yes, according to the police, he's not guilty which doesn't automatically mean that he's innocent. And yes, four women spoke against YC but that doesn't mean that they really are the victims. Not in the world of the media. I've been extremely skeptical towards any of the given information since the beginning of this chaotic investigation.

AKP can you post this news too -> h t t p : // entertain. naver. com/ read? oid=056&aid=0010338228. Police found false claims on Ms. A and Ms. B. They'll charge of false accusation for both of them and blackmailing for Ms. A too.

mscookie_monster Tuesday, July 12, 2016

I feel so bad for the girls, poor them, this is exactly why women are afraid to report rape or sexual assault. Korea should improve their rape laws

Zee_Queen_of_War mscookie_monster Tuesday, July 12, 2016

there are hundreds of false cases a year just because they are women doesn't mean they can't lie,in fact the police are now saying they have proof of them lying and they are investigating them and seeking charges

brobrobrobroBRO mscookie_monster Tuesday, July 12, 2016

just cuz a girl says they're raped, doesn't necessarily mean anything has happened to them. Its more likely a curse for the accused guy, because people are quick to take the girl's side without even LOOKING into the details.

Bornfree4live mscookie_monster Tuesday, July 12, 2016

Even after that , A & B have officially been pointed as false claims and A as Extortionist.. some feel bad for the girls.

lyricaldancer10 mscookie_monster Tuesday, July 12, 2016

apparently there is proof that 2 of the women lied. idk about proof for the others

JayJay1 mscookie_monster Wednesday, July 13, 2016

I assume a lot of money has been payed to certain people & voilà.

brobrobrobroBRO JayJay1 Wednesday, July 13, 2016

I doubt that there were bribes, because this case really blew up pretty fast. YC had to be interrogated and be tested a lot of different times through a lot of different parties, so the chances of bribery are pretty low,

JayJay1 brobrobrobroBRO Wednesday, July 13, 2016

Maybe you should chek out here to get a clearer notion of why this kind of crime is underestimated: http :// www. vice. com /en_au/ read/ south-koreas -rape- problem-is- actually -a-gender - inequality - problem

Koinu_chan mscookie_monster Thursday, December 29, 2016

I am an actual rape victim but because our police force are completely useless and because of women like these who fucking accuse innocent men of rape is why i never got any justice. Rapist and people who accuse others of rape need to be tortured an rot in hell.

no_tofu_speed Tuesday, July 12, 2016

OK people.. what really happened, who knows... but unfortunately in Korea... money talks, more so than alot of other countries. Prostitution is 100% illegal but 110% thriving. Most company's have a side-budget to do "business deals" that involve "female entertainment", and those business men are usually married with children. I can almost guarantee that a decent percentage of all your fav male idols have had female entertainment. And the worse of all, sexual assault and women's rights aren't taken seriously. A common method to get laid is get the girl as drunk as you can and half-carry her to a motel, date rape is almost never reported. "Female entertainer's" rights are taken even less serious. Korean dramas are fantasy, but the echo reality. If you have seen enough Korean dramas you always hear a joke or an insinuation about a girl "signing a contract" to pay off a debt, men raising their hands to hit or even hitting a female (sometimes even the lead male character) etc etc. This is a recent incident where a foreigner in Korea tried to intervene in a guy roughing up a girl, so he beat her too (v=CRUbMKey7-0). What I am saying is Korean male dominated culture and mentality in real life, and corruption in society, which you only get to see glimpses of in dramas etc... there is a possibility that something actually did happen. Just because you are a fan of a celebrity and watch everything they do, doesn't really mean you know somebody. Hell, often family and friends never suspected something wrong previously about a murderer before they murdered somebody.

lyricaldancer10 no_tofu_speed Tuesday, July 12, 2016

I hope they truth comes out one way or another. If he is guilty I hope they find something and put him away for a very long time. If he is innocent I hope they find proof and he sues everyone for defamation and anything else he can think of. If the women did lie, they much it even harder for actual cases to be taken seriously. If they did not I hope they have proof and destroy him and show that he is really a monster

Zee_Queen_of_War lyricaldancer10 Tuesday, July 12, 2016

apparently police are saying they found proof of the women lying and they are looking into fining or seeking jail time for them, texts and other evidence, apparently one followed him home like a stalker, other articles say the police have proved he is 100% innocent and they are now investigating the women

DuhArmyAsian no_tofu_speed Tuesday, July 12, 2016

Although I agree and the rap culture is something that happens there a lot, but don't forget about the compensation culture. It's a huge thing there right now, especially when it comes to celebs. No matter if the guy is guilty or innocent, they still get a compensation. There are a lot of things that didn't add up to their stories. Also the fact that they went to the media first, instead of the police. So for me it was really difficult to believe any of it.

lyricaldancer10 Zee_Queen_of_War Tuesday, July 12, 2016

If they can prosecute them for lying good! I hate when people lie about serious cases like this.

Zee_Queen_of_War lyricaldancer10 Wednesday, July 13, 2016

despite the higher false case rate no one seems to be getting mad at the women who have lied,it's not something to joke about or treat as an easy paycheck, but everyone keeps making it seems like women are the lesser sex and can't be capable of horrible things ,and if they lie then it's just oh they are just women.women should be treated equally, and that means they we also capable of crimes, and lying

lili_romania lyricaldancer10 Wednesday, July 13, 2016

already it has been established that women have lied ~

lyricaldancer10 lili_romania Wednesday, July 13, 2016

I just heard that. Now people are going to start back tracking and say the girls should be prosecuted and then still call him disgusting. Like they did with Seungri and the woman that he slept with in Japan

lyricaldancer10 Zee_Queen_of_War Wednesday, July 13, 2016

Unfortunately women do get an easier sentencing than men. I did see that too. People are saying that they are still victims and he still must have done it. But now the case has made it hard to believe any woman who may come forward
