Previously, Yang Jung Won apologized for making a public comment about a cosmetic work that was supposedly done on SECRET Hyosung's gums.

The idol personally talked about her signature gummy smile (in which her gum above her upper front teeth can be seen a lot when she smiles) on her 'Happy Together 3' appearance on June 23.
She was asked, "What do you think about your gummy smile?" and replied, "Since I was young, I never thought that it was an eyesore. Even from my viewpoint, I think my smile is okay. Fans often say, 'These days, thanks to Hyosung, I've become confident about my gums and I smile brightly wherever I go. Thank you.' It makes me proud," then smiled brightly.
