However, everyone's assumptions were proved totally wrong on the January 17 airing of 'Mask King' when 'Most Beauty Uhwudong' turned out to be a male idol, namely UP10TION's Sunyool!
Before Sunyool took off his mask the the MCs had guessed 'Most Beauty Uhwudong' would be a lead vocalist in a female girl group, a trot singer, a veteran singer in her 40's, etc., etc....basically anyone but a male idol.
Sunyool said, "I'm really sorry to all the male audience members and the male panelists. My voice originally didn't go up this high but as I practiced, my vocal range increased. It's the first time I got to stand on an awesome stage like this and got to sing alone, so I was moved when the panelists praised me."
Methinks you deserve the praise, Sunyool!
