SISTAR's Dasom feels like dying from malicious comments that went over the line

Malicious comments from haters are nothing new to K-Pop idols, but sometimes the ones leaving the hateful comments step way over the line.�

SISTAR's Dasom has been on the receiving end of groundless, hateful comments for as long as she's been active, an inevitable fate when living a life in continuous spotlight.�

Most of the time, it's best to simply ignore the hate and move on; however, one particular netizen went too far when s/he attacked Dasom's parents. Dasom shared what the person had written her through Instagram, saying, "It's hard to endure expressions like 'I hope your mom and dad die,' especially today when it's my dad's birthday. I've endured it all for the past six years but it's really become too difficult. I feel like dying."�

Dasom also uploaded screen captures of the messages that the netizen had sent her, all of which were obscenely graphic. She had responded to the netizen with a pitying message which went, "What a pathetic life...just how hurt you must be to send a message like this. I'll pray for you. For your wretched life."�
