Yang Hyun Suk is busy chatting it up with the press these days as he met with them recently and talked about Psy, who became a global superstar after his "Gangnam Style" went viral. Of course, being so internationally renowned is not an easy burden to bear.
Yang Hyun Suk revealed, "During the past year, Psy had such a hard time," suggesting Psy was dealing with a heavy burden. He continued, "So I told him, 'Put everything down.' I told him to return to his past punk ways and write music comfortably."
He revealed Psy's response at the time, "He told me, 'I'm someone who is happiest on stage, but I haven't been able to stand on stage, so I think I'm lacking inspiration,' so I told him to stand on all the college event stages. In Psy's case, he needs to enjoy being on stage as he rests to get inspiration for songs."
As a result, it appears Psy will be appearing a lot on stage at college festivals in Korea starting in May! Hopefully, he gets some inspiration soon and can get to writing songs enjoyably and comfortably as always.
