Korean Air apologized to Bobby Kim for the seating accident.
They explained that Bobby Kim's English name was written as 'KIM ROBERT DO KYUN', but there was a 'KIM ROBERT' on the same flight. The second 'KIM ROBERT' got Bobby Kim's Business seat instead by accident.
For some reason, both Bobby Kim and the mistaken 'KIM ROBERT' were able to get through the various security checkpoints with a ticket that did not match the name on their passports. Korean Air only said that they were looking into the situation to see how this could have possibly happened.
