Back in December, it was revealed that prosecutors were investigating a celebrity prostitution ring, and it was ultimately revealed that one of the persons involved was former Miss Korea runner up and actress, Sung Hyun Ah.

The final trial for Sung Hyun Ah took place on August 8 at the Suwon District Court where she was ruled guilty and if she failed to pay her fine, wouldhave to carry through a labor sentence.
The judge said, "Sung Hyun Ah has been proven on the charges of prostitution. In the case she does not pay her fine of 2 million won (~ 2,000 USD), this will be converted into 50,000 won (~ 50 USD) a day and she will be detained in a labor house," meaning she would have to work there to until she paid off her fine, exactly 40 days.
