Lee Min Ho is now the new face of China's biggest online shopping mall 'TaoBao'!
According to his label, he's the first international star to be cast as the model for TaoBao. The Chinese company is an open market that has reached up to 5,300,000,000 CNY (876 million USD) in sales in one day. It recorded over 1 trillion CNY (165 billion USD) in 2013 and is home to 80% of China's online shopping traffic.
Lee Min Ho filmed his CF in Guangzhou, and over 5,000 fans crowded the mall he was filming at to get a glimpse of the actor. Because there were so many fans, 200 security guards had to be called to control the crowd. However, even with the intense audience, Lee Min Ho never lost his focus. The staff said, "He never lost his relaxed smile in the crowd. I was touched by his concentration."
