BoA is making her Japanese comeback with an upbeat dance track "Shout It Out" due out in March, but she's already getting the ball rolling with the release of the full PV!

She returns to reclaim her throne as a dancing diva with this energetic track that will surely have her fans moving along to the beat as well.
Although the original release date was scheduled for February, it has been pushed back until March 5. "Shout It Out" will be available in three versions including a CD-only, and two CD + DVD options.
