Insooni's Stanford student daughter Park Sae In shares her study tips

On the August 14th broadcast of SBS' 'Good Morning', Park Sae In shared, "There are a lot of similarities between dieting and studying. Although we decide to start a diet with our minds, our bodies find it hard to practice it. The same thing goes for studying. I know the methods of how I should study, but it's hard to put them into practice."

"If a person who didn't study before wants to suddenly study, it's difficult to suddenly transform one's lifestyle. At times like these, it is important to change your habits little by little. I used to love chatting, but I decreased the time I spent chatting a little bit at a time. As I did that, studying became a way of life."

"I don't think there is a need to focus on being #1. I've never ranked 1st place before. I've always ranked in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place. I like that better than first place because there is room to move up. If there is first place in front of me, I know where to go. The same thing applies to studying. Even if you fall short of first place, there is no need to be discouraged."
