The hosts of tvN's 'Taxi' began by stating that they would like to hear his own words about the entire experience."Why did you give up your spot as leader?" they asked, to which�Jay replied, "The more I talk about it, the more misunderstandings arise. People think that I talk about [2PM] to promote myself." Jay went on to reveal his thoughts about returning to his hometown, Seattle. At that time he thought,"What do I do? What am I supposed to do now? This is how I felt. I felt sorry to my parents." Jay also spoke about a part-time job he had working at a tire shop. He shared, "I didn't want to use my parents' money. I think I've already received more than enough," making it clear that he wished to stand on his own two feet.
