While 6-member 2PM performed at the MBC Star Dance Battle alongside other Korean artists on the 14th, Jaebeom has been battling it out on the dance floor long before the Lunar New Year celebration. Fans have been able to follow his activities through a handful of videos circulating on YouTube that captured him b-boying with his dance crew Art of Movement in various competitions. They even came out on top to win first place in one of them. At University of Washington, Jaebeom participated in a recent gathering of "Wild 'N Out," held by the Hip Hop Student Association (HHSA). Unlike the other videos we have seen of him online, Jaebeom battled by himself, allowing his individual talent to be showcased. As expected, he breezed past the first two rounds, wowing the audience with his powerful yet fluid dancing. Coincidentally, 2PM used the same song and dance during their performance on MBC Star Dance Battle. His front flip (seen @5:35) has also been used as part of the choreography for 2PM's 10 out of 10.
