As previously reported, Ivy ditched her sexy short cut dress because it got her MV banned from Korean television. So who exactly designed the scandalous dress?
Balmain's Fall 2009 dress was Ivy's choice of clothing in her MV for Touch Me and also for various music performances. She also wore SIWY's Denim Lightning Hannah Sequins Pants which was also worn by many other celebrities.
