6. Tartine Bakery Seoul: With multiple branches in Korea, you know this place has got to be good. Although it is on the pricier side, it'll definitely be worth the price. You won't be disappointed with their mouthwatering baked goods.

There are so many better bakeries then the ones on this list. Nudake is actually disgusting and you really only go to take pictures of the desserts because the designs are unique but they had a wasabi cake and I gagged while trying it. Tartine is good but they are massively overpriced for what it is. They sell 1 chocolate chip cookie for $10… Cafe Onion’s desserts are also average but you really go for the interior aesthetic of their cafe. Both the ones in Seongsu and Anguk are well designed. If you’re looking for actual quality bread, Paul and Paulina’s is probably one of the best bakeries in Seoul. For bagels, Everything Bagels in Yeonhui-dong is better than London Bagel Museum if you’re looking for a close to authentic New York bagel taste.
